Guest Post: Hello Miss Niki's Top 5 Nail Polishes for Spring

Thursday, April 10, 2014

**Good morning everyone and welcome to another guest post on my blog. Today's post comes from Hello Miss Niki. I forget how I found her blog but I am so glad I did. I absolutely adore her and she has the BEST accent ever. Go check her out on YouTube if you don't believe me! Make sure to follow her on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram too!**

Throughout the Fall, I tend to lean towards my dark, vampy shades. Deep shades are my favorite, but I didn't realize how much I missed bright, fun colors until I decided to dig deep into my collection for vivacious brights! Through the rough winter of freezing conditions and tons of snow, it was time to have a bit of fun with colors again! Here are my Top 5 Nail Polishes for Spring!

Bright mints are always a favorite of mine for Spring, and this one is simply perfect! I try to find a new mint each Spring and this one is an absolute favorite! It's a very stark mint, but boy is it gorgeous! I will be wearing this shade a lot this Spring/Summer.

When I saw this shade featured in the OPI Brazil Collection, I knew I had to have it. I've been big on teals these past few seasons and this shade is just perfect. I'm not big on shimmer polishes, but Amaz-On... Amaz-Off has a slight hint of shimmer... just enough to make me love it!

Just like a good mint shade, I always have to have a simple nude shade for those days where I want to (or have to) tone it down a bit. It's nice to have something subtle and elegant to wear on your nails during the spring, and this gorgeous pinky nude is just right!

How could I not include a pink in my top picks? What I love about Dream in Pretty is it's not a bright pink, but a soft lilac pink. Seriously... does this polish not scream Spring?

For those of you who follow my blog, you know that I love Julie G polishes (as does Kat!). This is one of my all-time favorite Julie G shades and a perfect color to transition from Spring right into Summer. This bright neon pink is so amazing and fun! You know what.... I love it so much... I'm going to include another picture for you... HERE! It's just THAT beautiful!

So there you have it! I will be using these colors over and over again this season and I'm so excited!

A huge thank you to Kat for allowing me to write a guest post for her amazing blog! XoXo
