**Hey everyone! Welcome to the first of many guest posts on Kat Stays Polished while I move into our new house! This first post is by my good friend Judy of BeautyJudy.com. Last year, when I got married, I reached out to a handful of bloggers I love to see if they would write a guest post for me, so I could have content up on BeautyJudy while I was on my Disney World honeymoon. I thought of the bloggers I respected, bloggers with amazing personalities. So it was a no-brainer to ask Kat - I mean, seriously guys. Could there be a more positive, happy blogger in the blogosphere?! This girl is AWESOME! Recently, Kat reached out to me. Big life-changing, happy events?! It's Kat's turn! Kat and her husband are becoming homeowners! When she asked if I could guest blog, I realized that I could not say no. So I decided to put some spring on my nails and get to work! Now, I know that I'm probably missing an opportunity for cool home ownership-related nail art but after talking with Kat, I decided to do something that's more me these days, but springy, and fun. And truly, the colorful, happy glitter in this mani is perfect for Kat Stays Polished - because that's what Kat embodies to me; happiness, colorful personality and friendliness! So this mani is a spring happy mani inspired by the fun that is Kat!

I used two coats of Essie Romper Room as my base, then added one of the new Hard Candy glitters as an accent on each nail - that's two coats on each. The glitter is called Pop-arazzi. Essie Romper Room is such a cheery, bright spring pink, and I love it! It applied easily. I have a mini bottle, but I am considering a full bottle. Pop-arazzi is a combo of different color matte glitters in a clear base. It applied pretty well, I didn't have to fish out any glitters.

I used my new Holy Grail top coat, Glisten & Glow HK Girl Fast Drying & Super Shiny Clear Top Coat to seal it all off and it lasted for three days with no chips!! I know, I know. I'm late to the game in trying HK Girl! But seriously, I get the hype about it now!!! Thank you Kat, for letting me invade your interwebs to share this fun mani!! I wish you health, happiness and a smooth move-in as you begin this new chapter in your life! And for everyone else - what do you think about these polishes?! And is there anyone else behind the times on HK Girl?! Seriously! You have to try it!
