Hey guys! Look what I have for you today! The brand new PUR Cosmetics Trolls shadow palette is here! Who has seen the movie Trolls? I went with my husband in November for part of our birthday celebration and it was one of the cutest movies I've seen! I'm excited that PUR Cosmetics has come out with such a fun palette to go along with the Trolls theme. This palette will be available on purcosmetics.com on 01.08.17 and exclusively in Kohl's stores nationwide on 01.19.17 for just $29 so write down these dates in your planners!
This palette features 16 beautiful shades with a mixture of satin and metallic finishes. The colors are bold, bright, and highly pigmented. Not to mention the feel of these shadows is super smooth!
The packaging is super fun featuring the one-and-only Poppy on the back. I also think it's cute that PUR sent out a bunch of fun things to bring me back to my childhood. Although...I just might share some of my treats with my daughter.
Finally, here are all 16 swatches of the palette. The first 8 shades are more neutral and can be work every day. The last 8 shades are more colorful and give off a more metallic look. My favorite has got to the Satin & Chenille shade. There is quite a bit of iridescence to it that's just beautiful.
Overall, my first impression of this palette is pretty positive. I love the colors, I love the color payoff, and I love the theme! Do you think you'll be getting your hands on this when it's out? You have a little bit of time to decide! Let me know in the comments!

Who here has a love-hate relationship with their brows? I sure do and I am always trying to find new products to help me tame them and make them look just a little bit better. So today I have some Full Brow products to show off to you. The Full Brow line was originally created for a brow bar in Melbourne, Australia and since then they've really started to take off! If the bright and fun packaging doesn't get you, I'm sure the quality of the products will.

In my cute little package, I got a brow powder in natural brown, the highlighter, the brush, and the wax. Below are swatches of the powder and the highlighter and below that is a quick before and after of my brow. You definitely don't need much of the powder to fill in your brows and it applies so soft and smooth. I used the brow brush to apply it and the brush is also very soft.
So here is my before and after using just the brow powder, a little wax, and very little of the highlighter. What a difference right?

So, a little while back I had two Fierce Lipsticks that were way too fierce for me, lol. This time around, I've got a metallic gunmetal gray shade...still a bit fierce but a little tamer than the wild purple from before. I also have some pretty bold glosses.
There are several eyeshadow palettes that contain 10 shades that complement each other. This one here is the Top Ten Satin Eyeshadow Collection in the shade Lap of Luxury. This is available at Walmart for only $6! The color payoff with these is pretty phenomenal for a $6 palette. The metallic shades really catch my eye! This may become my go-to neutral palette for a while!

As soon as I heard that ColourPop was doing a Hello Kitty collaboration, I knew I was going to buy it...and by IT I mean every last piece of this collection. I ordered it on November 1 as soon as it hit the site and I received it November 5. I dropped EVERYTHING to go upstairs and take pictures for you guys!
The entire collection contains 14 pieces total. I've listed each piece under the pictures and swatches I took.
The Hello Pretty Set contains 3 shadows, 1 blush, 1 highlighter, 1 matte lip shade and 1 glossy lip shade. Though some of the names of the shades don't exactly match the color you see (you can kinda stretch it a bit to see what they were going for) the quality is still excellent and what you've come to love from ColourPop. The shadows are super silky and pigmented. The cheek products are also creamy and smooth. I know these will work just find for me and my skin tone.
What I love most from this set is the blush. It's a little shimmery but can add a really gorgeous color to your cheeks. The eye shades are great for a simple, day-to-day look.
The Mama's Apple Pie Set contains 4 shadows to be used for a cute natural eye look. Rainbow, Friendship, and Small Gift can be used for a daytime look. School Bus can be added to smoke out your eyes going into the evening. All the shades had great formula and were silky smooth coming out of the pan.
There are 2 standalone cheek products in this collection - a blush and a highlighter. Both are currently sold out (as of November 5) but I'm sure will come back soon. Coin Purse is a cool-toned rosy pink (says ColourPop) but isn't too bright that it can't work every day. School Is Fun is an iridescent duo chromed gold (says ColourPop) and is a gorgeous highlight for anyone.
Who is a fan of the original Lippie Stix? There are 3 in this collection with a variety of shades. All 3 work for me - there's a neutral shade, a deep red shade, and a fun, bright pink shade. They all glide on smooth and offer a fantastic color payoff.

Ultra _____ Lip - So many finishes and shades to choose from. I tend to gravitate towards the glossy shades just because they are easier to reapply during the day in an instant. The metallic shade is a red, of course, so I'll probably jump for that in a close second. The only shade I see not necessarily working for my is Tiny Chum which is a satin nude shade. I'll have to actually test it on my lips but I think it's still a beautiful color.
