Too Faced Cat Eyes Palette

Hey all! So, I have a few Too Faced shadow palettes that I absolutely love. When I saw this online for the first time, I knew I had to have it...of course because it's CAT EYES! Finally, I was able to get it. I had a Sephora gift card, duh! Check out my quick swatches below! Hopefully I'll be able to do a look with these soon. Baby girl is causing some dry patches on the face - sads!

So, let me start out by saying how much I LOVE the packaging. I don't own small palettes like these from Too Faced but now that I have one, it's safe to say I'll be collecting more! I also love the magnetic closure. Feels very safe to travel with.

When you open it up, there is a little insert to show you the different looks you can do with this palette. Of course, there is a mirror right behind it.

I also love how the labels are set up. On the left side they have Day, Classic, and Fashion and then on the right it tells you the wet/dry colors, which is awesome. So, onto some basic swatches for you all!

Here you've got the highlight shades. I'd actually use Kitten as a base. I'm sure in the past I've gone to a light pink shade for a natural makeup look. Purr is a nice subtle shimmer shade and Meow is a matte shade but a little powdery in my opinion. Use that with a light hand.

Throw these next 3 shades on your lid and you are ready to party! I am very happy to see such gorgeous shades...not that I'm surprised or anything. I would honestly use all 3 of these shades together. Tiger's Eye as my crease color, Pussy Cat as my lid color, and Kitty Glitter as a highlight/inner corner color. It's sheer enough that it wouldn't be too overpowering.

Here are the wet/dry liner colors. Leopard and Jungle Love have a bit of glitter in them while Panther is your basic black matte shade. Using these wet would really bring out the glitter in the first two shades. As a dry shadow, you can use these to smoke out your looks in addition to using them for lining your eyes.

I can't wait to play around with these shades! I will most definitely be collecting more of these smaller themed palettes from Too Faced.

It's $36 and well worth the price. You can buy it at several locations including Sephora and the Too Faced website.
