Hey guys! Today I have a quick post on the bh Cosmetics It's Judy Time Palette. I had been wanting to try this for quite some time so I'm really happy to have gotten my hands on it. This palette is full of pretty neutrals with a few pops of purple color in it. I've not done a look with this yet, but I'll be sure to post when I do.
I love how slim and sleek this palette is and I love the size of the mirror inside.
The colors in this palette are a good mixture of mattes and shimmers. I know that when Judy was explaining her ideas behind this palette, she wanted to make sure it was suitable for everyone.
Here are the first four shadows [top 2 and bottom 2] starting from the left of the palette. The top two basically fade away into my skin while the shimmers pop on top. They aren't too obnoxious and these 4 would make a great neutral eye look.
The next 4 are starting to get into the pops of color. You have the one matte shade in the top right corner and the others. The bottom left color [swatched] remind me of the Urban Decay Blackheart shade from the Naked 3 palette.
Finally, here are the last 4 shades in this palette. I was expecting the bottom 2 colors to be more pigmented than they were, but I suppose it's good that they aren't. It allows you to build up that pop of color without saturating your eyelid and having it come off too strong.
