Good morning! Are you all ready for some glittery goodness? I definitely have a few faves from the new FingerPaints Winter Wishes collection. This collection consists of 5 glittery polishes that are sure to get you in the holiday mood!

Sugar & Spice is a sugary red micro glitter polish. Because these polishes are basically micro glitters in a clear base, i did have to use 3 coats for all the polishes but these were super thin coats. The density of the glitters is perfect for me and I couldn't ask for anything more. When I was growing up, my parents had ornaments that has massive amounts of glitter on them - kinda like this polish.

Ho Ho Happy Holidays is my FAVORITE in this collection. It's a mixture of blue and silver glitters. For anyone who is still in the Frozen craze, this polish is perfect for you! I'm such a sucker for blue and silver together that I about died when I applied this. You'll definitely want to use 1-2 layers of top coat for these polishes if you want a smooth surface.

Glisten Here is a mixture of different colored glitters. As crazy as it sounds, it reminds me of fruit cake. Does anyone else like fruit cake? I haven't had it in so long but I never hated it. If it was around, I'd eat it.

Silver Bells is...well, a silver glitter polish, of course! I really love how sparkly all of these are, especially the silver one. I've known some silvers to be a little muted and not pack as much of a silvery punch as others but this one is just fabulous! Would you agree?

Wrapped in Ribbon is a gold glitter polish and has the same amount of oomph as Silver Bells. These two combined in the same mani would definitely give you a blinged out mani look. I may actually do that once holiday party time comes around.

Are you into glitter-only polishes? These were very easy to remove so I didn't mind them at all. I also didn't have bits of glitter lingering around my cuticles either, which I know can be a problem sometimes.

You can find these at Sally Beauty stores and online for $5.29.

  1. I always use glitter polishes as a top coating from something else. I absolutely love the second colour! It reminds me of a winter wonderland! :D
