Nutrisystem Week 2 Progress: 1st Week on Regular Program

So how did you like our first week? We made a lot of progress! We are having a lot of fun on the NS diet and we have a lot more energy now that we're eating regularly and eating the right foods.

Check out the Day 8 vlog to see our total weight lost for our first 7 days. I also go into some detail about why we started this journey. We start the regular 28-day program now ANDDDDDD, we get dessert as part of our meals! YAY! Water consumption is getting easier so by the end of this week, I'll be a pro water drinker!


Day 9 felt good! I got the water thing down and the ice cream was amazing! Successful days are because of successful organization. That's an important element of this diet. You must be organized in order to get all of your appropriate meals and food choices together.


Day 10: I've been encouraged to switch my food around as long as i eat everything. I haven't done that and I don't think I will anytime soon only because I'd feel like I was cheating. Tried my protein shake with soy milk to count as 2 PowerFuels and it is amazing!


Day 11: Today is the first day of my Reflection Section. I read comments from the previous day's vlog and talk to YOU! People at work were craving hot dogs and I have to admit...they looked good! I maintained my self control and stuck to my scheduled food.


Day 12: Nothin' like a good dump! You'll have to watch the vlog to find out what that means! It's Friday and we have an easy food spread for today. Simple, filling, and yummy!


Day 13: The weekend is the hardest to stay on track - not with eating the right foods, but just EATING! We're on the go so it's crucial to be so organized and get in everything we're supposed to eat! Travel with us to our grandma's house. TJ let's out a little tune too!


Day 14: Well, it's out longest vlog yet! Whaddya expect? It's the freakin' weekend! Even though we were off a bit on our meals, we ate everything and still feel good! Be sure to watch the Day 15 vlog for our weigh-in updates or check the blog next week for the update!
