Strivectin Advanced Retinol Pore Refiner

Hey all! If you have not heard of Strivectin, now's your chance to get to know the brand. I have heard so many good things about this brand and have not had the opportunity to try anything from them until now.

I was excited to try a cream that I could use day or night and would actually fix my skin - or at least help it along at a reasonable pace.

The Strivectin Advanced Retinol Pore Refiner is supposed to help reduce the appearance of enlarged pores, tighten pores, and help hydrate skin to smooth it out. It also helps absorb excess oil, which my skin tends to have most of the time.

A dimes sized amount of product is all that is needed for day and night application. They recommend that this is used as the last step in your skincare regimen. I did not use an additional moisturizer with this as I did not want to counteract any progress this cream had.

Overall, I could see a little bit of difference. The scent is very pleasant, like a light fruity-floral smell. My skin is damaged from months of neglect so the bit of difference I did feel was enough for me to continue using the product.

When applying makeup, I still used a mattifying primer before applying any concealer, foundation, or bb cream.

So, this product is available online or at a store near you and will cost about $99. If this product continues to work the way it has been for me, I'll most likely repurchase it for myself because I don't want to go reverse the progress.

Have you tried this brand before? If so, what's your go-to product from them?
