Jordana Color Tint Blush StickTuesday, February 24, 2015
I've got another blush post for you but this time it's Jordana's Color Tint Blush Sticks. Now, I think it takes a little practice to use cream blush because it's a little harder to blend into your skin. My recommendation is to use 1 or 2 fingers and lightly apply it to your cheeks instead of smearing the stick on your face. This way you can control how much you put on. It also make it easier to blend and build color as you need it.
Jordana has come out with 6 new blush stick shades. There is a wide variety of colors for you to choose from so there is something for everybody.
There is plenty of product in these cute little sticks. You really don't need much to obtain good color on your cheeks. The swatches below are done to show you just what each shade looks like. Obviously they will be more subtle after proper blending.
These first three shades are closer to the pink side of things. Peach Nectar is a coral-y color that's great for a summertime glow. Baby Pink has a bit of sheen to it so if that's not your style, grab Hot, Hot, Hot and gradually build up your pink color.
The second half of the blush sticks are more natural looking with the exception of Rouge Romance which could easily double as lip color. I don't think I am brave enough to use this on my cheeks. Sunkissed and Golden Sheen can be used as a blush or a highlighter. If you don't particularly like wearing blush, Sunkissed will definitely give you a natural looking glow.
Have you ever used blush sticks or cream blush? Which of these 6 would you most likely choose to wear?
These retail for just $2.99 and can be found on Jordana's website or your local Walgreens.
