Hi friends! So, I finally splurged and signed up for the Wantable Accessories box. I decided on accessories instead of makeup because I REALLY lack in the accessories department. I'm also very lazy and don't go buying them for myself. Getting this sub box is the perfect way to increase my collection while also getting a wide variety of colors, styles, and looks.
Okay, so August was my first box and this was also the box that my friend Rachel from Glow of Grace helped curate. I was soooooo hoping for a scarf in mine but I was quite pleased with the items I did receive.
So in my box were two velvet pouches, each containing 2 pieces of jewelry. I refrained from looking at the sheet that tells me what's in the pouches. Read on to see all of the items I got!
Shanny Necklace - Retail Price: $16
This is a brushed silver tone necklace with geometric designs. I would never in a million years buy this for myself, but I ended up loving it! I wore it to dinner on Saturday with friends and it totally transformed my outfit - black maternity shorts and a black maternity tee. I love how there are 3 pieces on the necklace and how it actually looks on me.
Lola Watch - Retail Price: $26
This is a small round watch with a colorful and stretchy beaded band. I am in LOVE with this watch. The only problem I have is that my wrists are SO tiny and small. I wish I could adjust it. What I might do is where it with some other bracelets to keep it from shifting.
The beads are absolutely adorable and I love the colors so much! This is definitely my style!
Gretchen Earrings - Retail Price: $15
These are silvery hoops with a bamboo design. Simple earrings that add a big touch to any outfit. I used to wear hoops all the time so I'm happy with these. They aren't too heavy and they practically go with any outfit!
Allison Earrings - Retail Price: $12
This is a duet of simple studs. So, it's like I got 5 items instead of 4 because this is technically 2 pairs of earrings. I love simple studs because, again, they can enhance even the most boring outfits. Thankfully, they aren't too big and fit nicely with the rest of my ear piercings. I'm weirdly so in love with the square stone studs!
I'd say that this was a very successful box for my very first one! I hope to be able to keep up with posts every month to show you what you're missing out on!
