I think my firs reaction to this polish was, "Wow, it's very 4th of July-ish." I mean, it is kinda red, white, and blue, haha. It's called Blue Moon but I'll definitely be wearing it on some patriotic holidays.
This is 2 coats of Blue Moon with a layer of HK Girl top coat. I just love the way this looks. There is a really great proportion of glitter to base as well.
Talk to me...what do you think? Are you into jelly-glitter polishes like this? Do you own anything from Two Gypsies Nail Lacquer?
