Hi guys! Today I have a quick mascara post for you. I was one of 200 lucky winners on Milani's first day of their Lash Out Loud giveaway. I won the Total Lash Cover mascara and I was thrilled.
I thought maybe this time I'd find a mascara that would actually accentuate my lashes. See, my lashes have a hard time curling and staying curled. I've used lash curlers and different mascaras and I still haven't found the right one for me yet.
This mascara is supposed to define lashes [yellow], build center lashes [white], and curl [pink] with their special brush.
Here is what the packaging looks like and what the brush looks like up close.

Okay, so I wanted to show what it looked like with no other makeup. I wanted it to be a "raw" image.
I didn't use a lash curler on purpose. As you can see, my natural lashes are super thin, flat, and not that long. With a little bit of wiggling and trying to get enough product on my lashes, it DOES make a little bit of a difference. The bottom lashes were SOOOO hard to get coated and I do have a little clump, but I could probably have fixed that.
Overall, I really love what it did for my lashes. I think with full makeup, this could totally work. Now, if this came in a waterproof formula, I'd be set.
What do you think? How do your lashes like to act? What's your fave mascara?
