Influenster: Goody QuikStyle Brush

So, I was very interested in this product that Influenster sent as part of the Holiday Vox Box. The Goody QuikStyle Paddle Brush has microfibers within the bristles to help dry your hair quicker.

As just a brush, I found that it did not dry my hair that well. In combination with my hair dryer, It shaved off a good 3 minutes from my normal dry time.

I'd really like to try the round brush because that's what I usually use in my hair routine.

It's also very easy to clean. Removing hair from the brush is simple and if the microfibers get flat, just simply hit the back of the brush and they'll stand right up again. =)

Influenster: Kiss Nail Dress

This post will be about the new Kiss Nail Dress polish strips I received from my Influenster Holiday Vox Box. They are polish strips with little accents on them are are sort of 3D. They are bumpy and have texture to them.

I have used regular polish strips before and they are super convenient for on the go. I didn't know how these were going to go, but pictured below is my very first try at them.

The trick to these is that you have to carefully place it on your nail, but instead of smoothing from cuticle to tip, I'd suggest smoothing from one side to another. This way you get even coverage and minimal bump underneath.

Another trick is to snip the excess off with cuticle nippers for a nail clipper. Then use the buffer to smooth away the extra.

I do like these because to remove them, all you have to do is peel them off slowly and they come right off. Any excess residue comes off easily just by resticking the strip and pulling it away quickly.

Influenster: NYC New York Color Lipshine

So, I'm always very weary about lip gloss because the moment it hits food, a cup, or my hubby, it comes right off!

Well, this one is no different, BUT, I really love the color (Nude York City) and the smell of it. It is the perfect nude color to wear to work or if you just need something glossy on your lips. The brush is super soft and flexible which makes it easy to apply.

I was so very impressed with this energy drink. Mostly because it had no artificial sweeteners which I hate! I was a little apprehensive about trying this for the first time, but when I made it, it was delicious! Tasted just like pink lemonade. Since I was also a little sick when I drank this, it did help me get a little energized.

I had never heard of this product before I received it in my Influenster Holiday Vox Box. I might have to invest in some more for me and my husband who drinks many different kinds of energy supplements.
