If you're anything like me, you've been waiting and wanting Jesse's Girl Cosmetics to come out with some cheek products. Well, out prayers have been answered because they now have an all-in-one highlight and contour palette! YES - there are 4 beautiful highlight shades and 4 amazing contour shades.
This palette is lightweight and easy to travel with. Keep it tucked away in the sleeve for easy storage! For just $12.99, you can have a palette packed with smooth, buildable powders that give you anything from a natural look to a completely bold and glam look. Bring out the best in your features with Jesse's Girl!
Below I have swatches of the highlight shades and then swatches of the contour shades. The third highlight shade i could actually probably use as a light setting powder. It's close enough to my skin tone and it's matte, which is nice. Or, I could use it for the simplest and most natural highlight for days when I'm not trying to look like I have something on.
As for the contour shades, I think I'll find myself using the 2nd and 4th shades most often, especially when I get darker in the summer. The 3rd shade could almost act as a blush shade or be used in place of blush...maybe even mixed with a blush. There really are so many possibilities.
Are you excited about the new Jesse's Girl contour kit? I'm so happy they have one now. If you want/NEED one of these, you can find them online, at your local Rite Aid, and now on Amazon!!

The Glow Stix Lip Glosses are iridescent, holographic, psychedelic looking lip glosses that GLOW! If I had a black light in my room, I could show you how cool they look on my lips!
There are 3 shades of the Glow Stix glosses - Tangerine, Red Dawn, and Wicked. Wicked is my favorite because of the green glow. I also think it packs the most punch when it comes to the glowing effect.
If you're looking for a gloss you can just wear casually, these will still do the trick. A thin layer on will keep your lips glossy and beautiful without giving off a lot of glow. Red Dawn is the perfect one to try for something subtle during the day.
As you can see, these Glow Stix glosses are pretty powerful. This is just 1 swipe from the tube! They won't look as intense once it's had a chance to hit your lips. If you're really feeling adventurous, you can layer this on top of ANY of the Jesse's Girl lip shades, including their Matte Lip Colors!
So, if you don't already have these, you can grab them online NOW for only $4.99 a piece! They're really cool to have around and play with! Let me know if you already have these and the different ways you use them!

Have you heard? Jesse's Girl Cosmetics has come out with three brand new liquid eyeliners for summer and i am so excited! These colors are so fresh and bright and I can't wait to show you!
With a new felt tip applicator, this liner will glide on your eyes with ease and create the most fabulous pop of color for you look. They've got three beautiful shades to choose from: Blue Hawaii, Violet, and Snow White. I actually don't own any liquid liners in shades like this so this was a real treat.
The look and feel of these is just like their highly sought-after original eyeliner. The pen is nice and light and is easy to apply to your eyes.
The thing I love about these is that it really is true to color. What you see is what you get. I'm seriously loving the Violet shade - I used to wear this metallic lilac eyeshadow shade about 8 years ago. it was my go-to. I feel like the Violet liner would have worked perfectly to accent that look.
Here are my basic arm swatches for you guys. Look how amazing the color payoff is. The formula is great and does not budge. How do you not love that Violet? HOW?!
These three liners along with the original and the brown, blue, and olive shades are available online for just $6.99. Grab them while you can online and look out for them at your nearest Rite Aid stores!

It's very rare for me to post drugstore makeup - mostly because I do a lot of my shopping online. Today is a little different. I am a big fan of Jesse's Girl Cosmetics, especially their JulieG line of nail polish. I had never tried the Jesse's Girl shadow compacts before so I figured I would. I purchased this on their website since I don't have any Rite Aid stores around me. There are 4 options to choose from and I bought Tickled Pink.
First of all, I love the setup of these shadows. The compact is light in weight and the shadows are organized from lightest to darkest. There are 9 shades in the compact and there is a wide range of colors.
As you can see, these color are quite pigmented. They blend in really well and stay on all day, especially with the use of their eye primer.
I'd recommend this palette to anyone who loves to dabble in makeup. It's affordable for anyone and definitely satisfies your need for a good eye shadow palette. Let me know if you've used this or plan on buying it!
